Ryan J. Miner

Ryan is an associate attorney with Greeman Toomey, PLLC. He is admitted to practice law in Minnesota and he practices exclusively in the area of Social Security disability law.

Ryan graduated summa cum laude from Herzing University with a degree in Information Technology and received his Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law. During law school, Ryan worked as a judicial extern with two district court judges, provided volunteer legal services through the Minnesota Justice Foundation to low income individuals, and served as a student member of the Minnesota Justice Foundation’s board of directors. His volunteer experiences in law school gave Ryan a strong desire to help others secure their rights.

Before joining Greeman Toomey, Ryan served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Mark M. Starr and assisted in the adjudication of a variety of cases, including employment and forfeiture related matters. Ryan also provided research assistance to fellow attorneys and pro se litigants as a Reference Staff Attorney at Thomson Reuters. These prior positions exposed Ryan to a wide range of claims found in our legal system.

Ryan lives in St. Paul, Minnesota with his wife, their son, and two cats. In his free time, Ryan enjoys board games, fencing, reading, and spending time with his friends and family.
